CorelDRAW में इस पोस्टर को कैसे बनायें Step by Step 

नीचे दिए गए निर्देश इस पोस्टर — “अमृता इलेक्ट्रिक & मोबाइल सर्विसेज” — को CorelDRAW में मूल रूप से फिर से बनाने के लिए क्रमवार (step-by-step) बताए गए हैं। हर स्टेप में कौन-सा टूल/फीचर उपयोग करना है और प्रिंट के लिए किन सेटिंग्स पर ध्यान देना है, यह भी शामिल है। मैं मान कर चल रहा हूँ कि आप CorelDRAW का बेसिक इंटरफ़ेस जानते हैं — चलिए शुरू करते हैं।

आवश्यकताएँ और डॉक्यूमेंट सेटअप

• नया डाक्यूमेंट बनाते समय File → New करें। पोष्टर साइज: 5 × 3 feet (अर्थात् 1524 mm × 914.4 mm) चुनें — यह उसी तरह जैसा आपकी इमेज नाम से संकेत है। यूनिट mm पर रखें।
• Bleed: कम से कम 5 mm चारों तरफ दें (printing के लिए)।
• Color mode: CMYK (प्रिंटर के लिए)।
• Raster images के लिए: यदि फोटो क्लोज़-अप से देखे जाएंगे तो 300 dpi, बड़े पोस्टर/दूर से देखने के लिए 150 dpi पर्याप्त होता है। प्रिंटर से कन्फर्म कर लें।
• Layers/Objects management के लिए Object Manager docker खोलें (Window → Dockers → Object Manager). हर सेक्शन के लिए अलग-अलग लेयर बनायें: Background, Header, Headline, ProductImages, Footer, Text.

1) Background (आसमान और हल्का ग्रेडिएंट)

• Rectangle Tool से पूरा पेज कवर करने वाला Rectangle बनायें।
• Fountain Fill (Fill Tool → Fountain Fill) लगाकर ऊपर से हल्का नीला और नीचे से सफेद/फीके नीले का Linear या Radial gradient बनायें — इससे sky-like बैकग्राउंड मिलेगा।
• हल्की क्लाउड या सफेद फोग बनानी हो तो Ellipse tool से सफेद सर्कल बनाकर उन्हें Blur/Transparency से soften करें। CorelDRAW में Transparency Tool से gradients और soft edges बनाएं; अगर ज़रुरत हो तो Bitmap → Convert to Bitmap करके Effects → Gaussian Blur लागू करें (blur के लिए bitmap में बदलना पड़ता है)।
• ऊपर के शीर्ष ब्लूप्लेट (navy dark shape behind “अमृता”) के लिए Bezier/Shape Tool से प्लेट-आकार बनाएँ और उसे dark blue fill दें। इस object को header layer पर रखें।

2) Top Headline “अमृता” (बड़ा और डेकोरेटेड)

• Text Tool (F8) से Artistic Text लिखें — font: Mangal / Kokila / Kohinoor Devanagari / Devlys जैसी कोई मोटी Devanagari font लें। बहुत मोटा bold फ़ॉन्ट चुनें।
• Font size बहुत बड़ा रखें — पेज की चौड़ाई का लगभग 70% तक फैलाएँ।
• Fill: Fountain Fill से हल्का cream → हल्का yellow gradient दें (जैसा image में दिखता है)।
• Outline/Stroke: सबसे पहले text को duplicate करें (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V)। नीचे वाले को dark navy में रखें और थोड़ा offset करके drop shadow जैसा दिखाएँ। ऊपर वाले पर white या light border देने के लिये Contour tool का उपयोग करें: Effects → Contour — outward contour में white रंग 8–20 pt रखें, फिर outer contour पर dark stroke रखें। यह टेक्स्ट को 3-layer look देगा (inner fill, white stroke, outer dark halo)।
• Drop Shadow Tool से हल्का shadow दें जिससे टेक्स्ट उभरे।
• अंतिम चरण में टेक्स्ट को सुरक्षित करने के लिये Ctrl+Q (Convert to Curves) कर दें ताकि printing में font issue न हो।

3) Main Red Headline “इलेक्ट्रीक” और Secondary “मोबाइल सर्विसेज”

• Text Tool से "इलेक्ट्रीक" लिखें। Font मोटा रखें। Fill — strong red (CMYK: e.g., C:0 M:90 Y:80 K:0)।
• इस पर white inner stroke और फिर हल्का gray shadow का असर दें — इसे आसानी से Outline Pen और Contour से बना सकते हैं। Outline thickness बड़ी रखें (इस पोस्टर में white border से word अलग दिखता है)।
• "मोबाइल सर्विसेज" के लिए deep blue fill और हल्का border रखें; spacing (kerning/leading) adjust करें ताकि दोनों headlines harmonious दिखें।
• अगर आप 3D depth चाहें तो Effects → Extrude का हल्का use कर सकते हैं (ध्यान रखें: Extrude vector होता है और बड़े रेंडर में heavy हो सकता है)।

4) Product Images का बॉक्‍स और फोटो प्लेसमेंट

• Rounded Rectangle Tool से एक बड़ा white box बनायें और border के लिये हल्का pink/red stroke लगायें (image जैसा)। Corner radius adjust करें।
• Drop shadow दें (Drop Shadow Tool) ताकि बॉक्स ऊपर दिखे।
• Product images (AC, fan, iron, mixer, battery, inverter आदि): यदि आपके पास PNG/transparent images हैं तो File → Import (Ctrl+I) से import करें। पुरानी images पर background हटाना हो तो Corel PHOTO-PAINT की Cutout Lab का उपयोग करें या CorelDRAW में Trace Bitmap से vectorization कर के background हटायें — पर याद रहे: photographic product के लिये उच्च-रेज़ PNG बेहतर रहता है।
• Images को place करने के लिए PowerClip बहुत उपयोगी है: image select कर के Effects → PowerClip → Place Inside Container और फिर rounded rectangle पर क्लिक करें; फिर Edit PowerClip करके images को position/scale करें।
• Images के आसपास छोटे shadows/soft reflections बनायें — image को duplicate करें, भूरी/gray color fill कर के flip और blur करें, और नीचे रख कर transparency बढ़ायें।

5) छोटे आइकन, लोगो और स्वस्तिक/डेकोरेटिव निशान

• फोन आइकन, प्रिंटर का छोटा लोगो इत्यादि vector रूप में बनायें: Ellipse, Rectangle, Pen/Bezier Tool और Weld/Trim operations का उपयोग कर के।
• छोटे स्वस्तिक जैसे चिन्ह अगर vector में चाहिए तो Pen tool से ही बनायें या symbol font से ले लें। इन्हें top corners पर रखें और size बराबर रखें।

6) निचला पैराग्राफ और प्रोप्राइटर का नाम

• Paragraph Text Tool से बॉक्स बनाकर हिंदी विवरण (जैसा image में है) डालें। Font size छोटा रखें (10–14 pt के बराबर page-size scale के हिसाब से)। Line spacing और justification ध्यान से रखें।
• प्रोप्राईटर का नाम (प्रो.- जय चन्द्र दुबे) को एक dark blue rounded rectangle (pill) में डालें और text को white रखें — emphasis के लिए Drop Shadow दें।

7) Footer — लाल बार और फ़ोन नंबर

• स्क्रीन के निचले हिस्से में full-width red rectangle बनायें। Fill: चमकदार लाल।
• फ़ोन नंबर बड़े और bold रखिये (Latin digits या Devanagari digits, जैसा चाहें) — सफेद text और हल्का outline (dark red) दे सकते हैं। Font family: bold condensed font, ताकि long numbers फिट हो जाएँ।
• बाईं ओर छोटा phone icon डालें (vector) और contact numbers के साथ alignment center vertically रखें। Align and Distribute docker का उपयोग करें।

8) अंतिम प्रूफिंग और प्रिंट एक्सपोर्ट सेटिंग्स

• सभी टेक्स्ट को curves में बदल दें: Ctrl+Q (सारी text objects अलग से)।
• Object Manager में layers tidy रखें और unused objects हटाएँ।
• Raster images: अगर बड़े हैं तो check करें कि placed image resolution final size पर 150–300 dpi के बीच हो। Bitmaps → Resample केवल आवश्यक होने पर करें।
• File → Publish to PDF या File → Export → PDF चुनें। Settings: PDF/X-1a:2001 या print-ready preset, convert colors to CMYK, embed fonts (हालाँकि आपने text curves किया है), include bleed 5 mm, add crop marks। Compression setting: photos के लिए JPEG max quality (print).
• Printer से confirm करें कि वे bleed और crop marks चाहते हैं या नहीं। Large format print के लिए कभी-कभी CMYK conversion अलग निकल सकता है—printer प्रोफ़ाइल (ICC) दें यदि उपलब्ध हो।

9) उपयोगी CorelDRAW Tools & Tricks (सार)

Text Tool (Artistic/Paragraph) — टेक्स्ट डालने के लिए।

Rectangle / Ellipse / Bezier / Pen — शेप्स और आइकन के लिए।

Fountain Fill — ग्रेडिएंट।

Contour / Drop Shadow / Extrude — टेक्स्ट और ऑब्जेक्ट प्रभाव के लिए।

PowerClip — किसी शेप के अंदर इमेज डालने के लिए।

Trace Bitmap (PowerTRACE) — लोगो या सरल इमेज को vector में बदलने के लिए।

Transparency Tool — सॉफ्ट edges/फेड के लिए।

Object Manager — लेयर्स का प्रबंधन।

Convert to Curves (Ctrl+Q) — final font safety के लिए।

10) सामान्य गलतियाँ और सावधानियाँ

अंतिम PDF भेजने से पहले हमेशा print shop से proof माँगें।

Fonts embed करने से बेहतर है कि text को curves में बदल दें।

Low resolution images होने पर final print में pixelation होगा — high-res images रखें।

रंग स्क्रीन पर अलग दिख सकते हैं — CMYK में कन्वर्ट कर के देखें और प्रिंटर के प्रोफ़ाइल अफ़्सर से मिलवाएँ।

Bleed न देना एक आम गलती है — कटिंग में सफेद किनारा नहीं चाहिए।
